17" Wonderful German Handwind Music Mechanical Toy Clown with bells

Standing upon a wooden platform with lithographed-paper cover is a bisque Belton-headed clown with blue glass eyes, closed mouth, block torso and lower wooden limbs. He is holding the stick with jingles. The clown ewearing fully original costume and very beautiful painted clown's shoes and socks. When the handle is turned,music plays,the clown turns side to side his hand and head, and playing with his jingle toy.

Condition: generally excellent,music and motions function well.

Delightful and rare mechanical toy,with original papers,costume and beautiful presentation.

Full height including clown's hat 17" (43 cm)
The music box 7 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 2,5" (20 x2 0 x 7 cm)
The doll without the hat 12" (30 cm) tall.
