Of narrow horizontally-banded white cotton pique, the high-waisted dress has flat-cut flared front panel bordered by wide box pleats at the sides and back, double sleeves with mancheron sleeves with braid and hand embroidery, and long coat sleeves; embroidery-edged collar, 1 1/4" (3 cm) scalloped cut-work bretelles extend the entire front dress, very beautiful rich soutache hand made design, button closure at the back.
The dress decorated with green silk satin bows at the front and silk ribbon belt at the back.

16 3/4" (42 cm) length, 6 3/4" (17 cm) sleeve, 14" (36 cm) waist, 7" (18 cm) shoulders.
Fit for doll about 26" (65 cm) tall.
