Bisque swivel head, brown glass enamel inset eyes with spiral threading, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accent lines between the lips, pierced ears,human hair wig. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 5 (head). Comments: Sonneberg,circa 1885,the German doll was made to compete with the prosperous French bebe market,this example designed to emulate the early Bru bebe in facial model .
