Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes according to distinctive Jumeau patent, that operate from uniquely designed counterweight inside head, lushly painted dark lashes and brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,open mouth,shaded and accented lips,row of porcelain teeth,pierced ears, original human hair wig, cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with patented "walking" system allowing the dolls to easily walk when guided by a child. She is nicely costumed with antique white pique sailor dress and matching hat, underwear, antique socks and vintage leather shoes.

She has rare rare mark "D" at the neck (for Emile Douillet, partner of Emile Louis Jumeau), number 8, artist check marks.

The doll in excellent condition. her bisque free if restoration, hairline, any damages or poblem.
The body has original painting, the voice mechanism is not working.
