Antique French "Les Poupees Carabosse", Deposed Menage by Blindermann
7" x 10" box. A cardboard box with printed lid "Les Poupees Carabosse, Modeles Depose, by Jean-Pierre Blindermann" opens to reveal factory-fitted interior, comprising a black haired china head with matching bisque arms and legs, along with a portfolio that includes a pattern for making the doll's body, and patterns for making a dress and undergarments for the doll. Inside the lid of the box are attached dress fabric, lace and buttons still on their original card for making the costume. Excellent unplayed with condition of the rare studio presentation.
