French Bisque Bebe Phenix by Jules Steiner Successors
Bisque socket head,dark blue glass paperweight eyes,painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, mochair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, wonderful antique ivory silk dress and bonnet, antique underwear, original socks and leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. She is free of hairline, any damages, restoration, etc. Wonderful bisque! Very-very tiny brown spot at the right cheek from original painting (please look photo).

Marks: * 93.
Jules Steiner, circa 1895, the model known as "Phenix Star". Value Points: lovely quality of bisque with beautifully-painted features, original body, and wearing exquisite ivory silk dress.
