Lightly-pink-tinted porcelain shoulderhead with very plump face, painted features, pale blue down-glancing painted eyes with darker blue outer iris rims, dark eyeliner, painted all-around lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, unpierced ears, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde original wig over cork pate, softly-stuffed kid body with shapely torso, kid-over wooden upper arms, porcelain arms to above the elbows, gusset-jointing at hips, wooden ball-jointing at knees, torso pull string designed to attach to knee joints allowing the doll to hold a seated pose.
Very beautiful "poupee enfantine" with original body, and wearing very lovely antique silk costume, antique poriginal cotton bliuse, original silk and kace bonnet, undergarments, antique leather shoes (marke? C.P.).

17" (43cm) tall.

Condition: generally excellent. Her bisque free of hairline, restoration, any damages. Original body in good condition to age.

Marks: Mme Rohmer Brevete SGDG Paris (oval stamp on torso). Leontine Rohmer, circa 1865.
