Bisque shoulder head with solid dome,very plump face,almond-shaped blue glass enamel inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with accent line between the lips,blonde mohair wig,commercial muslin stitch-jointed body,kid arms. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 1044 and 2/0 Alt,Beck and Gottschalk,circa 1880. 9" (23 cm) tall Rare model with very expressive features,choicest bisque and painting,original wig,body,and fine antique costume.
