Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lush lashes, rose-blushed eye shadow, brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, pierced ears, mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden body.
An especially beautiful bebe with fine creamy bisque that contrasts the richly decorated eyes, original body and body finish, wearing very beautiful white dress and wax flowers headdress.
The small doll Marotte IS NOT INCLUDING!

17 1/2" (45cm) tall

Condition: generally excellent. Her bisque free of hairline, any damages or restoration.

Marks: (white space at back of head) 7.
FRANCE, Emile Jumeau, Bebe Reclame, circa 1892, the doll was commissioned by a Paris department store such as Samaritaine whose paper label would have been affixed to a white space at back of head.
