Pale bisque swivel head with flat-cut neck socket and matching bisque shoulderplate, very plump cheeks and chin, cobalt blue glass enamel eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, unpierced ears, mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, kid-over-wood upper arms, bisque forearms with well-defined fingers, rich cobalt eyes dramatically contrast the pale complexion with matching hands.
The doll has neck pivot depose of 1858. The beauty of the doll is rivaled by her rare articulations, lovely antique costume including wonderful silk hat, underwear and leather shoes. Her original dress verre beautiful, but the silk very fragile.
Condition: generally excellent. Her bisque free of hairline, restoration, any damages. Original body.
