Lovely miniature fan for French Fashion doll. It is made of hand painted heavy stock paper stretched over a bamboo wood frame. The fan opens and closes easily. The fan dates from the time when France rediscovered its taste for "Chinoiseries", i.e. oriental art: circa 1885-1895.
