This is a darling little item. It is candy container dating from around 1910 and made in the form a bisque head doll with opens up to reveal the candy.
The overall condition is excellent. The red cotton dress and shoes, socks , wig etc are all totally original and in good condition.
She has open mouth, blue glass eyes. The bisque head is perfect, with no chips, cracks, hairlines or restoration and is marked on the back with incised «GH» (Gebr. Heubach) and the container is marked with D.R.G.M 108292 which is the german patent number.
She is 7 1/2" tall (19 cm).
