This is a small doll in the boudoir doll style. I was told by a collector that this doll was meant to depict a famous early 20th century Russian actor. This is portrait Nijinsky (russian balet), really quite beautiful.
His head is some sort of composition and he is on the typical long-limb style cloth body found on bed dolls. Costume is all original.

Condition: Very good, his oilcloth boots are a bit dry from age.
