20 and 1/2" (52 cm) Antique French Limoges doll
She has a bisque socket head on a jointed composition body. She has gorgeous brown glass eyes , painted upper and lower lashes, feathered painted eye brows, pierced ears, an open mouth with molded teeth, bright rosy cheeks. The bisque face is absolutely flawless in our opinion. The bisque is very grainy which is a hallmark of French dolls. Her bisque head in excellent condition. The body is also flawless in our view. It is jointed composition and does not need any work, not even restringing. She is marked on the back of the bisque head as follows: LIMOGE, FRANCE. Antique batiste dress with embroidery, antique underwear, the wig and shoes are new. I do a layaway. Please email me if you have any questions.
