Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pale outlined lips, ears no pierced into head, cobalt eyes, delicate painting and coloring which lend a youthful look, and a lovely blond mohair wig hair wig.
Her gusseted kid body has a very rare for fashion doll original pull-string "mama" crier (this is not working).
Condition - her bisque free of hairline or restoration, in very good condition. There is one very tiny factory inherent pepper speck to the bridge of nose.
The leather body in good condition, there are two small leather patch.
The doll head no any mark.
The body has old inscription E.C. Fox, 1864.
In the Barrois manner, likely commissioned for exclusive Parisian boutique, circa 1860.
Very beautiful doll with portrait like face has very lovely face and decoration, original very rare body, is wearing original underwear and socks, blue stripped silk gauze fashion gown with original straw hat, vintage shoes.
