Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered arched brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with daintily-accented lips and upturned lip corners, pierced ears, wonderful original blonde mohair wig over cork pate, Gesland poupee body of padded stockinette over metal armature allowing infinite articulation, bisque lower arms and legs, bare feet. Leon Casimir Bru, his deposed "smiling" model of 1872 (possibly a portrait of Empress Eugenie), on deposed Gesland body. Especially beautiful expression and quality of artistry, rare body style with bisque hands and feet, and wearing all original exquisite silk gown and matching hat, vintage leather shoes.
