Bisque socket head with rounded facial shape, small blue glass inset eyes with darker blue outer rim, painted short curly lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils, slightly-open mouth with two rows of tiny beaded teeth, pierced ears, blonde fleecy original mohair wig over cork pate.
French composition fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 2 (head) Le Petit Parisien Bebe Steiner (torso). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1877, one of the earliest models of the firm.

Very rare doll has wonderful ewd woolen sailor costume, velvet hat, undergarments, stockings, leather shoes.
