14" (35 cm) Antique French STEINER Figure A Bebe Doll

Bisque socket head with delicately-tinted bisque, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with upturned lip corners in delicate smiling expression, shaded lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully-jointed body with straight wrists, wonderful antique silk&velvet dress, undergarments, fancy bonnet, original socks, and leather shoes.
She is in very good condition with no breaks, hairlines or repairs to her bisque. She does have some minor wig flakes as shown in the pics. Her body is in very good condition with original body finish.

Marks: Steiner Paris Fre A 7 (head), Medaile d'Or Paris 1889 (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1889. Value Points: especially pretty model whose shy-featured expression is enhanced by delicate dainty complexion.
