12" Early Closed Mouth Solid Dome Head German Bisque Child Doll

Bisque shoulder head, probably by Alt, Beck & Gottschalck, with closed dome, stationary glass eyes, feathered eyebrows, painted upper and lower eyelashes, tiny closed mouth, chubby rosy cheeks, replaced mohair wig. She has excellent original gusseted white kid body with bisque lower arms.
The doll wearing wonderful original silk and lace dress, replaced shoes and stockings. Wonderful doll with fabulous dress!
She is 12" (30.5 cm). Very good condition.
