12" Antique German Carl Bergner Three faced Character Simon&Halbig Doll

Her head with three character face has no chips or cracks and she's wearing an original chemise and matching bonnet. Her eyes are beautiful brown paperweight eyes in original setting.
It is harder to find a brown eyed 3 face doll. The tears on the crying face are also molded to the face.
There is a knob on the top of her head and you turn it around to change her expression.
original painting of the body, and bisque in excellent condition.
She has a composition shoulder plate and it is stamped C.B. in back.
