17" Antique French Bebe Jumeau Doll (Jumeau& Sie period, circa 1891).

Wonderful advertising model, unsigned, poured bisque head, closed mouth, blue insert enamel eyes, red mark DEPOSE TETE JUMEAU, BREVETE SGDG and artist's checkmark, original full articulated wood and composition body with pull-strings at the side cause the doll to cry "mama".

She is wearing antique original sailor dress, hat, underwear and antique shoes signed Bebe Jumeau Depose. Human hair wig. She is size 7, 17" (42 cm).
Her bisque head is perfect with no cracks, chips, or hairlines.
